Leadership is claimed, not given. Most men wait for permission to lead — from a title, a promotion, a credential. This teaches you to decide to lead now, regardless of your position.
This is not a leadership skill. This is manhood, and leadership is how you exercise it. A man who waits for a title to lead is still asking permission to be a man. Qiyada ends the wait.
﴿ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُونُوا۟ قَوَّٰمِينَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ ﴾
"Stand out firmly for justice, even if it be against yourselves."
Leadership in Islam is trusteeship (amanah), answerable to Allah — never dominion. Qiyada is the claim of stewardship you were already given and forgot to use.
