What you're buying

Enrollment in a Uruj cohort gives you access to the full curriculum for the three capabilities (Qiyada, Baya, Ilm), weekly live Q&A for the cohort's duration, lifetime Usra brotherhood access upon portfolio approval at Bronze or higher, and Amal eligibility (priority introduction to Bidcon's hiring partners — not a job guarantee).

Payment & refunds

Payment is made via bKash, with your name as the reference. Full refund within 7 days of payment — forfeited the moment your first live Q&A session happens, even if that's still inside the 7-day window.

Cohort mechanics

Cohorts are capped at 40 paid seats and never launch below 21. Cohort 1 is priced at ৳1,200; Cohort 2 onward at ৳2,100, until further notice.

Conduct

Uruj is a brotherhood built on honesty and effort. We reserve the right to remove any member whose conduct in Usra spaces (Telegram, live Q&A) is abusive or dishonest, without refund if past the refund window.

Portfolio review

Portfolios are reviewed personally by Ye and scored on specificity, framework application, outcomes, and reflection. Tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold) determines Usra and Amal eligibility.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the programme evolves. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled members directly.
